ACI Boland was chosen to work with DCM Management, The City of Brentwood, and METRO to redevelop an old, mostly vacant industrial area right on Interstate 40/64 into a new and thriving project. We helped them create this dynamic private/public partnership mixed-use development that contains new office buildings, retail stores including Best Buy, a MetroLink Train Station, Metro Bus terminal, and a 10-story parking structure to serve the entire development as well as the park and ride location for MetroLink.
Lavish landscaping and architectural amenities compliment this impressive retail center and office tower that is designed to accommodate a wide mix of retail and commercial tenants. Built upon one of St. Louis’ highest vistas, the visually dramatic building allows visitors and tenants to overlook the entire metro area.
