Maryville University wanted a fitness center dedicated to students seeking exercise facilities separate from the student athlete training area. With an addition to the north side of the Simon Athletic Center, we provided an all glass exterior with unobstructed views of the tree-lined campus. Large existing tress paired with the north facing addition provides students with a consistent view of natural daylight without the direct harsh glare of sunlight.
Carefully selecting the placement of state-of-the-art exercise equipment, we provided students with picturesque views to the exterior while they work out. Also part of this project was working with the Athletic Department’s coaching staff to remodel and expand their offices, conference spaces, and game-review monitoring room.
