ACI Boland Architects developed the design for Scott Credit Union’s new three-story headquarters to provide efficient staff accessibility as well as visibility from the highway. The exterior materials were selected to complement existing branch banking facilities but also provided a distinctly corporate look. This was achieved through the building’s shape, the crisp detailing of the mullionless glazing, sun screens, daylighting, ultra clear glass, and prefinished composite metal panels.
The interior spaces consist of two large subdivided training rooms, branch bank with drive-up facilities, employee café, consumer lending, investments, human resources, accounting, auditing, account services, mortgage, and executive offices.
