ACI Boland Architects and ARCO Construction teamed to design a new bottling, packaging, and distribution facility for Premium Waters to support demand for their products. Within this new facility the raw plastic pellets are received, processed, and then blown into the new bottles and caps. The spring water is received, processed and then bottled, labeled, and palletized for distribution throughout the Midwest.
The new facility was so successful in the Midwest market that we were asked to design two additions to the facility and assisted in planning the equipment layout from the blow molding equipment that creates the bottles to the filling stations, packaging equipment, and the warehouse planning.
