Social gathering spaces have become an important part of campus culture and the college experience. Recognizing this growing trend, Maryville University engaged ACI Boland Architects
to create, develop, and re-invent the current student lounge in Donius University Center. The design consists of multiple LED televisions, a variety of lounge seating, and gaming and interaction spaces to create a sports lounge atmosphere. The addition of this space on campus has given students a place to learn, relax, and have fun.
While LJ’s Sports Café was one of our most recent designs, we have completed over 40 projects with Maryville University since 2011. From the library to the visitor center, our team has created a consistent look across their campus that reinforces the college’s brand and identity. A trusted partner, each project builds upon a collective theme and adds amenities for students and staff.
