This multi-functional facility is Gabriel Group’s new corporate headquarters. As such, the building had to accommodate multiple tasks including office, production, and warehousing. Constructed of tilt-up concrete, the building features a two-story office area and atrium.
To achieve the ‘tech’ look specified by the owner, the lobby received several upgrades including a monumental staircase and 60-foot long sculptural arc intersecting a grid hung from the ceiling. The production area includes 14-foot clear height ceilings to accommodate machinery as well as a specialized ‘laser’ room for printing. The warehouse area was designed with 24-foot clear height ceilings to allow for tall storage units necessary to house fulfillment items.
