Who inspires you?
“My grandfather was my first and most important mentor. He taught me that you can create anything, if you put your mind to it. He was a Captain in the Saint Louis Fire Department by trade, but making things with his hands was his favorite pastime.”
How did you choose your profession?
“I have been creating spaces in one way or another since childhood. I passed many an hour building things, sketching, etc. In high school, I wanted to channel all of that creative energy into a solid career.”
What are your hobbies outside of work?
”Renovating homes. I’m hoping for more travel in the future.”
What’s your top bucket list item, and have you completed it?
”To travel Europe, which I have not completed yet. Possibly next fall, I’ll be able to check it off the list.”
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
“When you are green, you are growing. When you are ripe, it’s over. Always stay green. Never stop growing, evolving, and learning.”
