What is your favorite thing about your job?
”I love the environment of ACI Boland. Everyone is so kind and welcoming! I also really enjoy that I have been able to work on projects all across the board whether it be visiting construction sites, working on renderings, or sitting down with a group to come up with a quick design charette.”

Who inspires you?
”My mom! She is so amazing and beat breast cancer when I was very young while in the process of raising two young kids. She is one of the reasons why I wanted to go into healthcare architecture and why I think that it is so important.”

What’s your drink of choice?
I love iced chai lattes! With almond milk of course because I am lactose intolerant!”

What are your hobbies outside of work?
I love to watch KU basketball, watch movies, spend time with my cat Zaha (named after Zaha Hadid) and hang out with my friends!”

What’s your top bucket list item and have you completed it?
”My top bucket list item is to travel the world! I had the opportunity to go abroad last summer on an architectural tour for two months and I had the chance to visit Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland, England, and France! The next countries on my list to visit are Greece, Italy, and Croatia.“

What’s the last thing that made you laugh out loud?
”Anything involving Fred Armisen or Bill Hader!”
