Most primary care physicians spend more of their waking hours in the office than they do at home. Yet, they rarely think about their office configuration. Perhaps that's because many practices don't have the money required to build a new office suite or customize an existing one.
Instead, they're stuck trying to adapt to a generic office footprint, and the space is rarely optimized for the delivery of primary care. However, there are things medical practices can do to make the best out of a tough situation. Attend this 60 minute webinar and hear examples of how minor changes to an office's physical space can pay big dividends in office efficiency, teamwork and patient flow almost immediately.
By viewing this on-demand webinar you will learn...
1) Quick changes you can make at your practice immediately to improve your office and patient waiting room design to be more patient-centered
2) Clinical Efficiency around scheduling, workflow and staffing
3) To identify building design concepts supportive of the PCMH model
